Electrostatic Precipitator Systems

We offer customers Electrostatic Precipitator Systems. The process of Electrostatic precipitation helps in removing particles from exhaust gas stream of an industrial process. As often the processes involve combustion, this safeguard against emission of particles to the atmosphere.
Here six activities typically take place:
• Ionization - Charging of particles
• Migration - Transporting the charged particles to the collecting surfaces
• Collection - Precipitation of the charged particles onto the collecting surfaces
• Charge Dissipation - Neutralizing the charged particles on the collecting surfaces
• Particle Dislodging - Removing the particles from the collecting surface to the hopper
• Particle Removal - Conveying the particles from the hopper to a disposal point

Pulse Jet Bag Filter System

Pulse Jet Bag Filter System offered by us is a filter-cleaning apparatus that utilizes pulsed air to remove matter collected on first surface of filter. The use of reverse flow loosens material that is collected in hopper on upstream side of the filter. The collected matter can then be combusted in hopper so that amount of material collected is minimized. Further, the pulses are directed at filter with controlled shape & time to optimize reverse pulsing. Pulsing also occurs while thermal exhaust flow continues so that operation of engine is not interrupted. A number of valves may also be utilized for cleaning one or more filters.
